For use on interior surfaces, Johnstone's Trade StainAway Paint is a high-opacity, water-based paint which is primarily useful for blocking a wide variety of staining. It permanently isolates smoke damage, nicotine damage as well as water stains and a wide variety of other types of staining too.
This Johnstone’s Trade StainAway is both a primer and finish in one product, which means that in just two coats, your walls will look brand new with minimal effort too! Leaving a stunning flat matt finish the stain away paint will leave your walls looking perfect.
An extremely durable paint, the Stainaway is Class 1 Scrub Rated and gives the same stain blocking performance when applied to a variety of suitably prepared and primed surfaces such as metal, wood, melamine, glazed tiles etc.
As a water-based paint is quick drying (touch dry in 1 hour) and can be recoated in around 4 hours.
